Admissions Process for School Year 2024-2025

Step 1: Submit an Application (October 1 - December 15)

Please submit an application form and upload all required documents from October 1 - December 15 through the ICS Admissions Portal.
Thai National Applicants: Applications must be submitted no later than December 15, 2023
International Applicants: We highly recommend submitting the application by December 15, 2023, due to limited seat availability. Applications will be received on a rolling basis after this date based on seat availability.

*The application fee of 5,000 baht is not refundable and must be paid by QR code/bank transfer or credit card before the application can be submitted for review. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance into ICS.

**K4-Grade 2 Applicants must be the correct age for their grade according to the ICS Grade/Age Placement Chart located on the menu on the left (Example: K4 applicants must be 4 years old by August 31, 2024). There are no exceptions for students applying for K4, K5, Grade 1, and Grade 2.

Step 2: Entrance Exams and Interviews
January - February 2024: January - February 2024: Entrance exams and interviews (on campus only). You will receive information on scheduling from the Admissions Office.

*You will be contacted by the Admissions Office if an additional interview is needed.

Step 3: Admissions decisions announced
March 2024: All applicants will receive notification of the admissions decision

Step 4: Orientation for accepted families and registration fee payment
April 2024: Orientation meetings or virtual orientation will be held

Required Documents for Application

1. Copy of Student Passport (or Thai ID or Birth Certificate if no Passport available)

2. School Records
- K4 Applicants: previous preschool records if available. If there are none available, please inform the ICS Admissions Office
- K5 Applicants: 1 year of English preschool is required for non-native English speakers.
- Grade 1 Applicants: Submit any school records from the current school year (2023-2024) and any preschool records from previous years if available.
- Grade 2-5 Applicants: Submit any school records from the current school year (2023-2024) and the complete school records from the past 2 years (School Years 2022-2023 and 2021-2022).

*All school records must be in English. If the records are not in English, please provide an official certified translation.

Tuition and Fees

2024-2025 School Year

Application Fee: 5,000 baht, non-refundable payment, paid at the time of application submission

Registration Fee: 200,000 baht, one-time, non-refundable payment

Annual Capital Fee: 30,000 baht, non-refundable payment, paid with registration and then every year in January

Thank you for your interest in ICS! The admissions office will help each prospective family through the application process. To ensure the admissions of those students who can be successful in meeting the academic standards of the English speaking international classroom, students are admitted on the basis of school records, seat availability, language assessment and academic testing. A level or proficiency in the English language is expected for all students desiring to receive admittance into ICS.
